Mazen began his hospitality journey in 2005 in the Middle East, continuing his career development in Dubai in 2008 before bringing his expertise to Ottawa, Canada in 2018.
His experience spans every level of the hospitality industry — from restaurant operations and food service to hotel management, event planning, banquet hall development, and executive operations management.
